Purpose and Key responsibilities

• Collecting of Material and Tote Bins / Boxes from Goods In area
• Put Away of inbound items onto NAV system (additional process docs)
• Physical Put Away of parts into required stores & bin locations
• W/O kitting via NAV (additional process docs)
• Thorough inspection and quantity check of kitted parts to W/O kit list
• Servicing production with shortage requests \ requisitions
• Thorough inspection and quantity check of return kits to W/O kit list
• W/O kit return via NAV (additional process docs)
• Perpetual & monthly stocktakes

Essential skills

• Following training the ability and flexibility to carry out all other cross departmental functions of the Materials Dept.:-
• Inbound material Process
• Goods In Inspection
• Tioga GRN booking via NAV
• Finished Goods processing
• Packing and Shipping

Recommended Technical Experience and Qualifications

• A good level of PC literacy, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
