We are looking for a confident self-starter, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, to join our team as a Drivers Mate; you will be honest, reliable and courteous with a strong work ethic.

Working as part of a team you must be efficient and effective, highly organized, tenacious, fun, not frightened of hard work, and going the extra mile should be instinctive.

Base Location

Pershore, Worcestershire

Key Duties

• Assisting the driver with deliveries
• Load and unload products for delivery
• Assist in the warehouse when required
• The ability to work flexibly
• Assist site teams in moving and fitting products
• Providing excellent customer service
• Heavy lifting and manual handling

Experience

Desirable

• Loading and unloading commercial vehicles
• Shop-fitting
• Warehouse

Skills and Qualifications

Essential

• A good level of general fitness

Desirable

• English C or above
• Mathematics C or above

Attitudes

• Willingness to accommodate early starts and occasional long days
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Reliability and punctuality

Other Notes

• Ability to travel to Pershore office independently, driving licence preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy loads
• Ability to work some weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
