Dental Receptionist - Full Time

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Do you have what it takes to join our highly successful, expanding, fully private practice? We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our multi-award winning (4 years in a row!), friendly, highly motivated and hardworking team.

*Previous experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

* A "Can-do" attitude is essential and positive mind set will lead to a successful new career.
* Full time position, 38hrs 25 mins a week

* 1 Sat morning a month, 1 in 4 (7.45 - 2 additional to above hours)

Monday - Friday, including some lates until 8.15pm and early starts 7.45am

The Candidate will:

* Have outstanding customer service skills
* Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Hardworking, team player with excellent work ethic
* Able to use initiative and work well under pressure
* The ability to use and operate computer based systems

* Be willing to learn and progress

* Be professional, punctual, flexible, reliable and very well presented

Responsibilities:

* Diary management and appointment scheduling

* Monitor and action emails, both from patients and 3rd parties

* Handle incoming calls as well as outbound.

* Manage incoming enquires in a timely manner/meet deadlines

* Patient finance, applications and cash handling

* The ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Salary:

Dependant on position & experience, Salary ranges from £18,770 - £21,879 per annum
