Role Overview & Responsibilities

Store Supervisor Outlet York - 30 hours:
We are looking for a brilliant Store Supervisor for our Outlet in York - London who carries out the following activities:

• as part of the sales teams, he/she provides a personalised customer experience by selecting a range of products, gives advice on styling and offers appropriate additional items;
• he/she is involved in merchandising;
• he/she maintains the day-to-day standards in visual displays;
• he/she managing the stock levels;
• he/she helps processing deliveries.

Moreover, under the directions of the Store Manager, he/she is responsible for:

• motivating the team;
• managing the opening and closing of the store;
• managing of cash transactions;
• maximise performance and reach expected targets/KPIs;
• ensuring that customers receive a top quality service and shopping experience to create a loyal customer base.

The store supervisor is also a Key Holder: he/she is responsible for opening and closing a store. His/her duties also include handling operational procedures, assisting cashiers, providing customer service, supervising cleaning staff, setting alarms, and keeping the entry area clean and organized.

The best profile has:

• At least 2 years of experience in fashion retail as Store Supervisor;
• Fluent English speaking competence;
• Flexibility towards working hours and stress conditions;
• Good organization abilities, problem solving abilities;
• Strong communication skills towards customers and sales assistants.
