Butchery Customer Service Representative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team.

The main duties of the role include:

• Actioning of daily reports and providing customer updates
• Processing of customer orders via inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Working with customer procurement systems
• Upselling of products
• Upselling of promotional lines
• Dealing with all customer queries
• Dealing with customer complaints following Company Procedures
• Completion of all general administration duties

The hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Requirements of the role:

• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Good levels of computer literacy
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Knowledge of Butchery products would be advantageous, full training will be given
