Restaurant General Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

An experienced General Manager is required for an established award winning restaurant on the busy high street of Yarm.

This hands on roll involves managing a team of 30 staff in the smooth day to day running of the restaurant, making sure that guests expectations are met, addressing training needs, liaising with the kitchen team and managing the budget and daily costs with in the business.

The successful applicant will receive a great financial package of £50k with an ADDITIONAL beat bonus budget also available

This role is suitable for someone who is looking to progress their career within a successful independent restaurant group. We are looking for a people person with a great personality and someone not shy of hard work. An applicant who currently holds or has experience of a similar position with in a similar restaurant environment would be at an advantage.
