Role Overview & Responsibilities

Location: Working from home with regular visits to clients and HQ in Chorley

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: upto £60,000 salary, plus bonus scheme, plus car

We are looking for a self-motivated, driven sales professional who enjoys a challenge. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for deepening relationships with MTT’s key customers and implementing strategies to maximise the value of these opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

· To manage revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction

· Maintain regular contact with key customers, including through site visits, to determine their level of satisfaction and work within MTT to improve customer satisfaction

· Make recommendations for business improvement initiatives

· To build and maintain relationships

· To maintain a strong on-site presence for our key customers

We are UK’s leading independent provider of specialist technical solutions for CNC machine tool users. We are specialists in all aspects of CNC machine tools and have close relationships with leading machine tool users and academia in the UK and overseas.

What you’ll need to succeed at MTT:

• Able to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment
• Able to work under own initiative and take ownership of any problems
• Excellent customer service skills and an exceptional communicator
• Well motivated and well presented

Qualifications and experience:

• Previous sales experience, ideally in a similar industry, or from an Engineering/Technical background
• Personable with a customer-focused approach. The ability to communicate directly with customers, often at a very senior level, and the ability to explain complex technical solutions and the benefits of services provided by MTT
• Familiarity with CRM
