Casual Staff Member - Trampoline and Adventure Park

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for Staff Member to join our team at Jump Adventure

Jump Adventure is opening in Newport and looking forward to offering a different type of Trampoline Park to your community.

We are looking for enthusiastic people to reflect our excitement for this new type of extreme leisure/sports activity. Ultimately, it will be the staff who will be important ambassadors of our new park, and we will work hard to ensure we have people on the team who can provide the best possible experience to everyone who comes to visit our trampoline park.

As a Court monitor, you will be trained to confidently work in the main areas within the trampoline park. These are:

Monitoring the various trampoline areas within the park to ensure customers have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Deliver exceptional customer engagement and service

Keep a close watch over the trampolines and the trampoline users.

Exercising the appropriate level of control, communicate effectively with trampoline users, and colleagues.

Anticipate problems and prevent accidents, intervene to prevent behaviour which is unsafe.

Identify emergencies quickly and take appropriate action which may include administering first aid.

Reception and Cafe Staff will be trained on our booking and POS software and will be responsible for checking our customers in or serving in our Cafe.

A first point of contact for participants.

POS transactions.

Cash handling.

Dealing with inquiries and queries.

Some call handling may be required.

You will also be required to assist where necessary in the day to day duties of the park. You will be 100% commitment to customer safety and satisfaction. You thrive in a high energy environment to consistently deliver an awesome experience.

Hours will involve evenings and weekends.

Extra shift will be available

Salary Minimum Wage

Zero Contract Hours.

Overtime Available

Job Types: Permanent, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: £4.81-£9.50 per hour
