Join Our Dynamic Team as a General Manager: Lead the Manufacturing Division to Success

We are looking for a seasoned engineer or physicist with senior management experience in the manufacture of highly technical products. As our General Manager, you will have P&L responsibility and manage part of our gradient coil division. With a relevant background in Physics or Engineering, and possibly an MBA, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production and operational activities of your designated areas, ensuring performance objectives are met or exceeded
• Motivate and lead a team of manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain professionals to deliver world-class performance
• Develop new and existing customers for the future growth of the business
• Work with other departments and group companies to exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

• Relevant senior management background in the manufacture of highly technical products, with a Physics or Engineering background (preferably to PhD level) and possibly an MBA
• Strong ability to communicate effectively, both technically and commercially, with an international customer base
• Proven track record in leading and motivating teams to achieve success
• Innovative problem-solver with the strength of character to drive results

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
