Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and ambitious team. Want to join a truly unique industry?

If so, look no further - this is a business-to-business customer relationship role working across multiple vertical markets which involves being office based greeting customers, handling incoming enquiries, working with customers to help define their requirements, generating work estimates and invoices, responding to inbound enquiries and assisting with marketing.

What’s on offer?

• Basic Salary - £20k-£22k basic salary (dependent on experience) + on target performance bonus
• Location - Bury New Road, BL1 with free, on-site car parking
• Benefits include: Pension scheme after 3 months, Team Performance Bonus Scheme.
• 22 days holiday per annum plus public holidays

Salary: £19,995.00-£22,000.00 per year
