Junior Photographer & Floorplanner

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people with a design or photography background, who want their first step into a full time photography role. With training and development provided, the ideal candidate will have a passion for photography and be eager to progress a long term career with us.

Salary - £22k to £24k + £3K bonus. Up to £33k by the end of year 1 including bonuses, courses and allowances.

Location - North London, East London and Central London  - must live within a 10 mile radius of these areas.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

- Produce high quality photographs and floor plans for our Sales and Letting offices.

- Liaise with bookings Administrators, Sales and Lettings offices and external clients.

- Return completed work to offices within required deadlines.

- Full training will be provided for both aspects of the role

Requirements

- Smart and well presented.

- Punctual and highly organized.

- Excellent customer service.

- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload.

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Good general knowledge of the London Area.

- Driving Licence.

- Personal car (or a commitment to purchase one within 4 months).

- Willingness to be put on the Domestic Energy Assessors course within the first 6-12 months of your employment.

S*kills*

- Confident with excellent communication skills.

- Comfortable learning new computer skills.

- Experience using DSLR/mirrorless cameras either at college, or in a personal/ professional capacity

- Good knowledge of Photoshop.

- Eye for detail.

- Spatial Awareness.
