Role

Commercial plumbers are required by Coremech, an MEP specialist that works across a range of sectors based in Leeds.

Responsibilities

Ability to work on commercial contracts, within a team environment and your own initiative.

Work to tight time schedules and deadlines making sure all are met to the highest standard with the ability to follow instructions, specifications, and work to construction drawings.

Criteria

Hold current CSCS card with relative NVQ qualifications.

Full UK driving licence.

Other tickets/qualifications are desirable i.e., IPAF, PASMA, SSSTS, Commercial Gas.

Experience working on commercial new build and refurbishment projects will benefit successful candidates.

Excellent time management, punctuality, attitude, and communication skills required.
