Role Overview & Responsibilities

Established in 2009, Cascade Learning are a Worthing based training company offering virtual & traditional training & coaching in the field of people development. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Exec to grow our online presence and generate new business leads.

Summary of Main Duties

Working alongside the managing director, you will be responsible for generating new business leads via digital marketing, including SEO, website content and management, content creation and social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Content creation: Create & post marketing content for social media platforms & email marketing around people development themes
• Social Media: Create & maintain social media presence across multiple platforms, primarily LinkedIn & Twitter, with regular, on trend posts & audience interactions
• Website Management & SEO: Update website content, optimising for SEO to increase organic traffic
• CRM: Manage and track results of digital marketing engagement, keep CRM data up to date for email marketing

Requirements

• Ability to set and execute own work schedule
• Experience in B2B and B2BC digital marketing with a view to lead generation
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Ability to produce high quality digital content (Canva or similar)
• Interest or previous experience in learning & development would be desirable

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
