Online Retail Assistant- Berlin Clothing

Part Time 24hrs | Permanent | Carryduff | 2 positions

Hourly Rate: £11.50 per hour

The Role:

We are currently looking for an Online Retail Assistant to join our team in Berlin Clothing based in the Carryduff store. The role will require you to helps us manage our online shop alongside general administration duties, there may also be occasional shop floor support.

Main duties:

• New stock input.
• Writing product descriptions.
• Processing orders.
• Responding to customer enquiries.
• General administration duties.
• Occasional shop floor support.

Essential Criteria:

• 2 GCSE’s at grade C or above including Maths and English (or equivalent).
• At least one years’ experience in a retail environment.
• Computer literate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• You can work well as part of a team.
• You can work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work as and when required.
